CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview)

An online survey (CAWI – Computer Assisted Web Interview) is a structured questionnaire that your target audience completes over the internet generally through a filling out a form.

This method is faster than all existing methods in marketing research, but it is not suitable for surveying a specific target group such as experts. This method is less expensive than all methods and will be used when the client needs the final report in the shortest time.

This method is such that a designed questionnaire link will be sent to the respondents, and by clicking on the link, the respondents will complete the questionnaire in a self-completion mode.

The only challenge this method has is in an age of limited attention spans and the sheer volume of emails and notifications we receive every single day, your online survey may end up being completely missed by a large portion of your prospective respondent and for this reason, we will send the questionnaires to a large population until the number of completed questionnaires reaches the quorum.

This method has significant advantages:
  • Increased response rate
  • On time delivery
  • Real time data gathering
